How the pricing works
A one-off installation fee for William (NZ$2,000 incl. GST, NZ$1,000 incl. GST with your email code). Then you pay DocsBot directly for the plan; prices set by DocsBot. See DocsBot's pricing page for current prices. Apart from installation, there's no monthly fee from WillAi. The DocsBot account is yours, and you can cancel or change plans with DocsBot. As a DocsBot partner, I may receive a commission from DocsBot when you subscribe. It doesn't change what you pay. Prices are set by DocsBot and billed in US dollars, so the NZ$ amount is approximate and moves with the exchange rate.

What does the installation fee cover?
Setting up your assistant and putting it on your website (details below). It's NZ$2,000 incl. GST, or NZ$1,000 incl. GST with a code you get by entering your email above. I'm also a DocsBot partner, so DocsBot may pay me a commission when you subscribe. It doesn't change what you pay DocsBot.
What exactly do I pay, and to whom?
The one-off installation fee to me (NZ$1,000 incl. GST with your code), then your DocsBot plan, paid directly to DocsBot. If you ever want something unusual, such as a custom integration, I'll tell you up front and we'll agree on it in writing first.
What does installation and help cover?
Setting up your assistant (choosing the pages and documents it learns from, writing its instructions, adding enquiry forms, buttons and booking links, and testing it), putting it on your website, and help afterwards: fixing answers and updating it when your prices or services change.
Which plan do I need?
Most small businesses only need Standard: it covers chat, lead forms, bookings and voice. Business is for busier sites that need more usage, more bots or logins or deeper reports. I'll recommend the cheaper plan that does the job.
What does the phone agent cost?
DocsBot's voice agents (beta) are included in the Standard plan, so there's no extra DocsBot fee. More about the phone agent pilot.
Is there a contract?
Not with me. Your DocsBot subscription is between you and DocsBot, and you can change or cancel it with them.
Why not pay per resolution, like Intercom Fin or Zendesk?
Those tools charge for each conversation their AI resolves (Fin is US$0.99 per outcome), so a busy month costs more. DocsBot is a flat monthly fee, so you know the cost up front. See the full comparison.

DocsBot, a specialist AI chat platform. DocsBot runs and maintains the platform, so there's nothing for you to host or update. I'm an independent Auckland consultant, not DocsBot staff.
