I know what good support feels like for the customer
I spent seven years in technical customer support roles, and I also recruited for those roles, including at technical software companies Mindbody and Procore.
So I've got both sides: the technical skills, and real customer-support experience. I know what's needed on the client side, and I know the goal is to make the customer's experience as easy as possible.
